Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Latch Lock will ONLY accept returns as long as merchandise is in salable condition (unused and in original condition as when shipped to you). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns are eligible for a Refund or Exchange/Replacement. See below for more details.

 

Refunds

You must contact us prior to sending in a return. To start a return, you can contact us at sales@latchlockusa.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Latch Lock, 14712 Ridge Point Drive, Midlothian, VA 23112.

  • If a return for a refund is being made DUE TO AN ERROR MADE BY LATCH LOCK (you received damaged merchandise or we shipped you the wrong item) then Latch Lock will credit you for the full amount of the product(s), original shipping cost and we will provide you a prepaid return shipping label.
  • If a return for a refund is requested DUE TO NO FAULT OF LATCH LOCK (you ordered the wrong item, doesn't fit your ammo can, you no longer want it, etc) then Latch Lock will credit you for the full amount of the products ONLY. You will NOT be reimbursed for the cost of the original shipping. You WILL be responsible for cost of return shipping of the item back to us. Refer to our Ammo Can Identification Guide to confirm fitment before purchase!

All pending return orders will be processed by Latch Lock immediately upon receiving the original merchandise. Items returned will be refunded back to the original method of payment. All return merchandise must be received by Latch Lock prior to receiving a refund. Refunds will be applied as soon as possible, but please allow up to 4 weeks for your return to be received and processed and posted to your credit card. We do not offer cash or check for refunds. Return shipments must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend shipping via USPS with insurance and tracking. We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipment packages.

 

Exchanges

  • If a return for an exchange is being made DUE TO AN ERROR MADE BY LATCH LOCK (you received damaged merchandise or we shipped you the wrong item) then Latch Lock will send you a replacement product(s) and we will pay for the return shipping cost of your replacement order. We will also provide you a prepaid return shipping label to ship the damaged product back to us.
  • If a return for an exchange is requested DUE TO NO FAULT OF LATCH LOCK (you ordered the wrong item, doesn't fit your ammo can, you no longer want it, etc) then Latch Lock will store credit via a gift card that can be used on the latchlockusa.com website. This credit will be for the full amount of the products only. You will NOT be reimbursed for the cost of the original shipping. You WILL be responsible for cost of return shipping of the item back to us. Refer to our Ammo Can Identification Guide to confirm fitment before purchase!
