Purchaser is responsible for determining the compatibility of Latch Lock with the specific application.  Latch Lock is designed and intended to provide reasonable security for the contents contained within a US Military “surplus” metal ammunition storage container.  This product is designed for consumer and residential use only.  Latch Lock is NOT designed or intended to provide an impenetrable system that is completely immune to picking, hacking, or other modes of compromising locking devices.

Latch Lock is sold AS IS. Purchaser agrees to utilize Latch Lock in accordance with this DISCLAIMER and understands that every locking system is susceptible and vulnerable to being exploited, compromised, bypassed, or overcome.  Purchaser agrees to use Latch Lock strictly in conformance with the instruction contained within the packaging.

PURCHASER AGREES THAT LATCH LOCK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FAILURE OF SECURITY MECHANISMS DUE TO MANIPULATION, MALFUNCTION, DESTRUCTION, AND/OR SABOTAGE.

What is Covered?

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, with the exceptions stated below. Only new purchases made from directly from 2 Fives Holdings LLC (dba "Latch Lock"), www.latchlockusa.com, their official store on online third-party sales channels (Amazon, eBay and Etsy) and their authorized Dealers are eligible for warranty coverage.

What is not covered?

This warranty does NOT cover wear and tear from normal use, misuse, abuse, customer damage or damage from use in extreme conditions. No warranty coverage applies without valid proof of purchase.

What Latch Lock Will Do?

We will replace any Latch Locking ammo can security device found to be defective in materials or workmanship. Latch Lock will replace your locking device with a new unit of similar style and price. Proof of purchase is required before any refund or replacement will be considered.

How Long Does Coverage Lasts?

This warranty runs for the lifetime of your Latch Lock ammo can security device. “Lifetime” is defined in this case as 15 years from the date your Latch Lock device is originally purchased.
